Die Abmessungen sind 1:1 wie die werksseitig verbauten Chrom-Embleme da VW Originalteile.

Alle Embleme werden aufwändig in mehreren Spezialverfahren bearbeitet.

Die Chrom-Oberfläche wird zum Erhalt der Lackbeständigkeit angeraut und lackierfähig geglättet. Im Anschluss wird die Oberfläche grundiert und mehrmals qualitativ hochwertig in der Farbe „schwarz glänzend“ lackiert und abschließend mit glänzendem Klarlack versiegelt.
