Nature's Own Zinc + C Chewable helps maintain a healthy immune system. It may reduce the severity & duration of the symptoms of colds. This formula is also beneficial in helping to maintain healthy skin and promotes the healing of wounds.

  • Reduces duration and relieves severity of common cold symptoms.
  • Supports healthy immune system function.
  • Maintains skin health and supports collagen formation.
  • Supports wound healing.

Why your body needs Vitamin C:

  • Vitamin C has many important roles throughout the body. Perhaps the best known is its ability to support your immune system.
  • It’s also an important antioxidant, helping the body to combat damaging free radicals that cause disease and ageing. It also makes other antioxidants, such as Vitamin E more effective.
  • Vitamin C helps the body to make collagen and other proteins that maintain healthy skin, blood vessel walls, joints, ligaments, tendons, gums, bones and teeth. It also helps wounds to heal.
  • Among its many other benefits, Vitamin C helps circulation, helps the body to absorb iron, helps combat stress, improves mood, and assists with energy production.

Why your body needs Zinc:

  • Zinc helps to form the structure of hair, skin, nails and the connective tissue in joints. It also helps wounds to heal, and works with vitamin A to maintain healthy skin and mucous membranes.
  • It’s important for healthy reproduction, as it plays a role in ovulation, fertilisation and a healthy pregnancy in women, and helps maintain healthy sperm, testes and the prostate gland in men.
  • Zinc also supports the body’s immune defence system, promotes healthy bone growth, helps the body to regulate blood sugar, and plays a role in fighting free radical damage and inflammation.
  • If you’re low in zinc, you may suffer from fatigue, low mood, night blindness, poor appetite, hair loss, diarrhoea, erection problems, or an increased tendency to get infections.
  • Adolescent boys and men may have increased need for zinc because it’s vital for puberty and male sexual function. In women, pregnancy increases the need for zinc.

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Fun with a late blooming omega
Format: Kindle
I like this book. The story is fun, cute, and sexy. There's just a little drama, some excellent, steamy scenes, and a fairly good relationship building storyline. I especially like how all the main characters are a bit older than the usual 20 somethings I tend to see in this kind of book. Having said that, I wish there were more descriptions of the places, as well as the food in the fancy restaurant. I enjoyed the cocktails at the club, so I missed that kind of detail when Gray took Madison on a dinner date. I also wish there had been more interaction between Lucas and Madison, and Lucas and Rian. It felt a bit lopsided, with a focus on Rian, Madison, and Gray. I wish it had been proofread - there are a lot of typos, but nothing too distracting.
