Aged for 6.5 years and bottled unfiltered at 127.9 proof, this bourbon is matured in #4 char new white oak casks and contains a mash bill of 77% corn, 13% rye, and 10% malted barley. What sets Booker's Batch 2021-02 apart is that it is derived from a variety of barrels from different rick houses with different production dates, which imparts a unique and complex flavor profile. Specifically, this batch comes from barrels located across different floors and warehouses, including 7th floor/9 story warehouse H, 6th floor/9 story warehouse H, 5th floor/9 story warehouse D, 5th floor/7 story warehouse Z, 3rd floor/7 story warehouse 5, and 4th floor/7 story warehouse X. This superbly crafted whiskey was released in June 2021 in very limited quantities, making it a rare and coveted addition to any whiskey collection.
