Vizenor argues that many people in the world are enamored with and obsessed by the concocted images of the Indian--the simulations of indigenous character and cultures as essential victims. Native survivance, on the other hand, is an active sense of presence over historical absence, deracination, and oblivion. The nature of survivance is unmistakable in Native stories, natural reason, active traditions, customs, and narrative resistance and is clearly observable in personal attributes such as humor, spirit, cast of mind, and moral courage in literature. In this anthology, eighteen scholars discuss the themes and practices of survivance in literature, examining the legacy of Vizenor's original insights and exploring the manifestations of survivance in a variety of contexts. THESE THINGS SHED BAD!!!!!!!!!

These things shed like you wouldn't believe. They're all over my furniture, my floor, my clothes. I'm finding little pink pieces of sock fluff everywhere and it's annoying. I don't think they did that until after I washed them. So if they don't shed on you right away, just wait, it'll most definitely happen. I returned because I won't where them again.

Keeping the crusty heels at bay!

I deal with chronic dry heels that crack if left unmanaged. I bought these in hopes that when I do soak and scrub my heels that I can keep the cracking at bay. These have been a godsend. I wear them every night and my heels are nice and soft. I plan on purchasing more.
A couple of things I have noticed, if I wear these during the day, the bottom of my feet do seem to sweat and there is some slipping. I have only washed these are directed (hand washing) and you will want to after a couple washes because it could give a sweaty feet smell. Overall, I highly recommend.

Moisturized heels out of the box

Work without adding anything to your feet, but there are extra nice if you wanted to add a moisturizer to you heel and not get it all over your socks. Worth the money!

A Staple in Skin Care Routine
Style: Milky Toner
This toner has become a staple in my skincare routine. I have sensitive skin and a lot of products tend to cause irritation or redness, but this one has been incredibly gentle from the start. My skin always feels soft, calm, and hydrated after using it.
The texture is lightweight with an almost soapy feel at first, but it absorbs quickly and never leaves my skin feeling greasy or heavy. It layers well with the rest of my skincare and works great both morning and night. I also appreciate that it gives results similar to more expensive brands without the high price tag. Definitely one of the better affordable skincare products I’ve tried.

My Favorite Product in the Milky Line

This toner has easily become my favorite product from Thayers brand and all other brands. I’m very picky about my skincare routine, especially when it comes to products I use daily, and this one has completely earned a permanent spot in my routine.
It feels incredibly gentle, hydrating, and soothing on the skin without feeling sticky or heavy. I love the ingredients, especially the snow mushroom and hyaluronic acid, because my skin always feels soft, balanced, and refreshed after using it. I’ve also noticed my pores looking smoother and overall healthier since incorporating this toner consistently.
The formula works beautifully with the rest of the Milky line, and my skin genuinely looks and feels better when I use it regularly. I’ll absolutely continue repurchasing this product.
