To relieve pain and inflammation of oral irritation, use Kenalog in Orabase Ointment. It is an anti-inflammatory, antipruritic and antihistamine in one that provides a protective covering to reduce pain of oral irritation.

What are the benefits and features of Kenalog in Orabase Ointment?
Helps speed healing and aids in the relief of mouth ulcers.
Relieves itching, burning and inflammation as well as allergies.
Provides relief from tenderness, pain and ulceration inside the mouth and of the gums.
Is not addictive or habit forming.

Mouth ulcers can be caused by a lot of factors but primary contributing factors include trauma of the mouth and stress, weakened immune system and nutritional deficiencies. Allergic reaction towards certain foods may also cause mouth ulcers. By using Kenalog in Orabase Ointment, it provides relief from itching, burning and inflammation while providing protective covering to accelerate the healing process. And because it is non-habit forming or addictive, it is safe to use.

Active ingredient: 0.1 percent triamcinolone acetonide
Other ingredients: "Orabase" which contains gelatin, pectin, carmellose sodium, liquid paraffin and polyethylene resin.

You may apply a thin layer over the lesion at bedtime. If necessary, you may increase dosage to up to 3 times a day.

This product is not intended for those who have fungal, viral or bacterial infections of the mouth or throat.
It is not also advisable for use of those with the following conditions: tuberculosis, peptic ulcer or diabetes.
If after using this product and the condition of your mouth ulcer did not improve or it keeps on recurring, it is best to seek medical advice.
