In the Parcel gumshoes compete to be the person to secure the Parcel. The game is played with a very tiny deck and each player draws one card on their turn making a hand of two. The player then plays one of the two cards in their hand. Each card has an effect that will happen when it is played or later.
When the deck runs out the round is over and the player with the highest valued card in their hand completes the contract since they are in the best position to secure the Parcel.
