Al naso si avvertono note di amarena, frutti rossi, tocchi di spezie e tabacco su un fondo di humus; in bocca è equilibrato, scorrevole, dal tannino presente ma ben calibrato.Prodotto dall'azienda toscana Cigliano di Sopra, il Chianti Classico è ottenuto esclusivamente da uve sangiovese accuratamente selezionate. Le uve vengono raccolte a mano e vinificate separatamente per ogni singola vigna o parte di essa: vengono diraspate e una piccola parte intorno al 20% lasciata a grappolo intero. La fermentazione avviene sppontaneamente, e in seguito il vino affina per circa 14 mesi in barriques e tonneaux. Non viene filtrato, per mantenere tutte le sue caratteristiche aromatiche.
Ideale con le carni rosse, è ottimo insieme alla tagliata al rosmarino.

A must for M.A Psychology students!!

Book arrived with glue? Residue on the cover

Book arrived damaged. I ordered a new copy so it should have had no damage. The book is required for class so I don’t have the time to return it but you’d be better off buying it used from someone else and save some money.
