The Expedition Fork Pack is an ultralight waterproof storage bag that attaches universally to any fork cage. It is designed for use on any bike with fork bolts, providing extra storage for adventures long and short.

The fork bag is ideal for storing compressible items such as sleeping gear and extra clothing, as well as bulkier items such as cooking gear or extra food and drinks, the 3L bag is extremely adaptable.

Built from a lightweight laminate developed specifically for Apidura, the bag is waterproof, and highly resistant to abrasions and tears. A hands-free air release valve allows for easy packing and compression.

The attachment mechanism, unique to Apidura, ensures that the straps do not wrap around the fork itself. This makes removal and attachment far easier, and allows for access to contents without removal the fork bag. Multiple attachment loops and the ability to cut down straps ensures that the bag can be fitted to any fork cage.

Please note that the Expedition Fork Pack does not include a fork cage.

  • Ultralight construction, weighing only 85g (120g with 2 straps)

  • Easy to use universal attachment system, for use with any fork cage

  • Adjustable strap position for universal fit

  • Hands-free air release valve for easy packing and compression

  • Roll top closure for adjustable capacity

  • Reflective graphics for increased visibility

Notably, it’s welded together at the seams, creating a watertight seal that ensures the top tube bag remains completely waterproof.

Care Instructions

Wash the Fork Pack by hand, using a mild diluted soap if necessary. Afterwards, let it air dry.

Do not machine wash, machine dry, or iron.

APIDURA

We’re an independent, family-run business of cyclists, makers and problem solvers, brought together by a shared mission to find better ways to explore the world by bike.

Apidura was born from necessity; pioneering ultralight, rackless packing systems to help us take our love of cycling further and allow riders to unlock their instinct for adventure. As devoted adventure cyclists, we design with our fellow riders in mind, creating products that address genuine needs and bring new value to the bikepacking scene. We create the best packs we can, using technical materials and precision crafting techniques – and when we find a way to improve them we do so straight away and without fanfare. We don’t do ‘seasons’, limited editions or discount our gear – we simply create the best possible technical bikepacking gear that’s built to last.

So helpful
Format: Hardcover
This is a book that will help you think through the misappropriating of religion in most every aspect of life. I have learned so much from this work and believe that you will as well. Written in an engaging, easy to read style, this work is accessible by anyone who is looking to be more intentional in their understanding of others, their beliefs, culture and religion. This kind of information make navigating the world a safer journey for all of us.

Thoughtful and honest
Format: Kindle
I am so glad I read this! I've heard the term "cultural appropriation" many more times than I can count, but I hadn't thought about it in the context of religion. Bucar's writing is so engaging, and the book is a great blend of narrative non-fiction and theory. I couldn't put it down! Highly recommend.

An important and interesting read; well written and researched
Format: Hardcover
The author uses personal experiences to illustrate and enliven the text. Ms. Bucar challenges us to look at our own reactions, thoughts and practices. I would recommend this book for discussion at my book club.

Not what I was hoping for
Format: Paperback
I've been interested in the topic of religious appropriation ever since I saw my non-Tibetan neighbor hang Tibetan prayer flags on his front porch. And when I lived in Japan, I saw that non-Christian Japanese appropriated all of the trappings of Western Christian wedding ceremonies. So I had high hopes for this book. But it reads like a very looooong, and also very academic sermon on the evils of capitalism, western hegemony, and other such terms. There is not an ounce of humor in any of this book.
