The Kidde 2SFWR is Mains-powered optical smoke alarm from the ‘Slick’ range of fast-fit alarms that can be interconnected with up to 23 other Kidde and Firex mains alarms. Optional wireless capability using Wireless Alarm Base (RF-SFTP) for wire-free interconnection.

Optical alarms are for use in escape or circulation routes and in areas where there is danger of ignition of furniture and surroundings by cigarettes producing slow, smouldering fires. The ‘Slick’ range requires installation by a professionally qualified electrician and complies with UK Building Regulations for new housing and associated standards (Grade D, BS5839, Part 6).
